A few steps from Piazza di Spagna, in the "Galerie Maison Naim," inside an innovative space dedicated to contemporary art, is born Chez Moi Rome, an intimate Cocktail & Lounge Bar in which the artistic dimension presents itself in multiple forms. Quality, style, and taste accompany the preparation of our cocktails, many of them inspired by molecular mixology, and the choice of our dishes made with high-quality products to match a specialized selection of wine and champagne.
From the classics to the new creations, there is no shortage of original home-made proposals revisited as cocktails based on champagne, rum, brandy, whiskey and cognac enriched with spices, aromas, and fragrant essences. Each glass is a small masterpiece of mixology. It is an interweaving of history and passion that gives life to a unique experience.
The environment is international and mixes refinement, simplicity and eclecticism, marrying a cosmopolitan philosophy, open to cultural and social exchanges. Live music with jam sessions, sax and piano from the late afternoon lights up the atmosphere, and – as if by magic – an energy will take you to far away centuries and places, stealing your senses.
